What we collect

When you book: your name, date of birth, email, mobile number, the US state you will be in during the visit, the visit you choose and its time, and, if you suggest times, an optional scheduling note. We do not ask for symptoms or the reason for your visit online.

Why we use it

Only to schedule and run your telehealth visit with Dr. Zahraa Sater: to confirm your appointment, send you booking emails, and let the clinic team set up your visit in the clinic's patient system.

Payments

Your deposit is paid through Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our website. Stripe receives your booking reference, the deposit amount and your email for the receipt.

Emails

Booking emails are sent through our email provider, Brevo. They contain your booking reference, name, visit type and time, and never your date of birth or any medical information.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the booking page is used, such as which step people reach. It does not receive your name, email, phone number, date of birth or anything about your health. Advertising tags are not loaded on the booking pages.

Security and retention

The site uses HTTPS. Your date of birth is stored encrypted. Only the clinic team can see bookings, with two-step sign-in, and every action on a booking is recorded. If a booking is started but never paid, its contact details are deleted after 30 days.
